Process
I was not familiar with Top Pot donuts before this project so it was really important to get to know the brand. I did an expensive site and brand audit to try and uncover Top Pot’s core values, goals, and what makes them unique qualities when compared to their competitors.

Problem
The Top Pot site is hard to navigate, presents a disjointed brand identity, is inaccessible and generally confusing to the user.

Goal
To create a website and mobile site experience that is easy to navigate (place an order) and is reflective of the brand’s fun voice. The customer is, after-all, buying donuts!

Solution
A desktop and mobile site with established site architecture, as well as playful language and visuals that are honest, human, and give a nod to Top Pot’s retro past.
